  • Trailer Loadout: Loadout Support Frame (LSF) design

Fabrication

  • Site Operations: Site Moving, lifting, temporary support design, fabrication sequence planning.
  • Shop Drawings: Develop 3D model from 2D drawings, assembly drawings, cutting plan (including weld map), export of fabrication data to PMS software.

OFFSHORE T&I DESIGN ENGINEERING

We deliver offshore transportation and installation (T&I) engineering services with extensive experience working alongside leading contractors such as Heerema, McDermott, and Saipem. Our scope covers:

  • Grillage & Seafastening Design, including quick-release solutions for WTG foundations.
  • Barge Global and Local Strength Checks to ensure safe load distribution.
  • Rigging Platform Design for heavy lifts and offshore operations.
  • Offshore Installation Aids Design to support complex site activities.
  • Engineering Analyses: transportation, lifting, launching, pile driveability, and on-bottom stability.

SECONDARY STEEL DESIGN

We deliver secondary steel design services for Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind projects, focusing on practical, safe, and buildable solutions. Our work covers a wide range of structures, from topside modules to offshore wind turbine platforms and installation aids.

  • Topside Modules: Access platforms, equipment supports, pipe supports, pipe racks
  • WTG: Internal and external access platforms

PRIMARY STEEL DESIGN

Our core team has extensive experience from nearly 80 offshore projects, delivering safe and reliable structural solutions. We provide design engineering for:
